Diode Laser Systems

Diode lasers from well-known suppliers are integrated with OsTech electronics to turn-key systems or OEM-units.

OEM units

  • input: 110V – 220V AC or 24V DC
  • up to 50W optical power
  • air cooled

OsTech integrates diode laser modules with the driver electronics to compact OEM or turn-key laser systems. CW and various pulse modes (digital or analog modulation, single pulses or bursts) are supported. Typical rise time is 25 µs – 15 μs, shorter rise times down to 5µs are achievable on request. All diode laser systems are fibre coupled with different fibre specifications. The tables below show possible configurations.

  • the dso11-series devices are ds-series compatible
  • devices can handle lasers up to 50 W optical output
  • laser current and temperature stabilisation are integrated
  • external or internal analog or digital modulation is possible
  • pulse generator is integrated, bias current option
  • isolated industrial interface is integrated
  • optional medical version
  • supply voltage: 110-230 V AC
  • trise tfall 10-90 % <25 µs (faster on request)

1st TEC: max. 7 A, 28 V up to 300 W
