Product Introduction

The integrated fiber-coupled semiconductor laser system (ZFL-D series) uses an imported high-power and high-luminance semiconductor laser module with a long lifetime. It integrates the power driver, temperature controller and cooling system to provide many kinds of high power laser in CW or pulsed output at power of 30W/45W/70W/75W/120W and wavelength of 808/880/915/938/976nm. The ZFL-D series is very compact, integrated completed and superior performance. It’s not only used as a high efficiency pumping source for high power fiber laser and solid-state laser, but also as an optimal tool for material micro-welding, plastic welding, micro-marking and photovoltaic testing. 

 

The ZFL-D series laser system is composed of the power driver and optical system, which are integrated completed and the laser power outputs from optical fiber.

 

The high quality power driver imported from Germany specifically for laser system is used as the power driver, with the following main features:

-Provide precise control of DC current for driving semiconductor laser and TEC

-Set and control the operating current of the semiconductor laser

-Set and control the operating temperature of the semiconductor laser

-Control the operating mode (CW/pulse) and modulation mode

-Display the operating status and parameters of the laser system in real-time

 

 

The optical system consists of the semiconductor laser module, coupling system and optical fiber. The laser beam generated from semiconductor laser is effectively coupled into the optical fiber by a complex optical coupling system. The laser can be easily reached the processing positions due to the softness of optical fiber. When it is combined with our fiber couplers or coupling system, it can provide extremely high power density.
